I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Duke University. I am an expert in Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (CBT), certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP).

For over 10 years prior to building my own practice, I worked for the Veterans Health Administration as a national trainer for other therapists in Evidence Based Psychotherapy – treatments proven to work through research. I built my practice on my love for helping people grow through painful life experiences and stress with a combination of practical skills, research-backed treatment, and compassion.
